Job Description

Are you a senior Quantity Surveyor in the Social Housing industry looking for your next role?

In this post, you'll be an integral part of the team to develop the client relationships throughout Lincolnshire and drive works to deadlines whilst managing and incredible commercial team.

Your OTE could be up to 95k with car allowance and bonus and plenty of progression into more senior roles.

Key aspects of the role:

  • Manage the Lincolnshire offices within the Social Housing Refurbishment side of the business, both internal and external works.
  • Oversee subcontractors and manage any disputes.
  • Preparing CVRs and valuations to monitor the performance of contracts.
  • Maintain and lead a Surveying team within the responsive repairs business arm.
  • Mentor trainee and graduate quantity surveyor to high standards.

What you'll need:

Essential:

  • Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at a minimum.
  • Social Housing refurbishment/retrofit sector knowledge
  • Experience working with Subcontractors
