Mechanical Engineer

This is a great opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-know organisation based in London. The mechanically qualified engineer will be working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

Duties

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
• Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
• Cooling Towers
• Tap Temperatures
• Chilled Water Systems
• Plumbing
• Generators
• Pressurisation units
• Generators
• BMS Operation
• CRAC units
• Motors

Requirements

• Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ (or equivalent)
• Critical site experience preferred
• Apprentice trained - desirable
• Building Services Maintenance experience
• Very Client facing

Package

• £43,000 - 47,000 Monday to Friday 8-4
• 27 days holiday + Bank holidays
