The Role
Due to continued growth, the business is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in interior fit-out or subcontracting. This is a key commercial role, managing costs across multiple projects while working closely with operational teams to ensure profitability and efficiency.

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the commercial aspects of multiple interior fit-out projects

• Preparing and submitting valuations, variations, and final accounts

• Cost control and forecasting to ensure projects remain within budget

• Subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and account management

• Reviewing and negotiating contracts and terms

• Liaising with clients, site teams, and senior management

• Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities

• Ensuring all commercial processes align with company procedures

The Ideal Candidate
The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction

• A background in interior fit-out, drylining, or subcontracting is essential

• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• A proactive and detail-oriented approach

• Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar preferred)
