We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established business unit in Winchester. The business operates as a consultancy and undertakes usual professional practice tasks as well as offering construction management services. Having been established for a number of years, the team has built strong relationships across the construction industry, with many of their ongoing projects with repeat clients. They operate across a range of sectors including new build and refurbishment projects in the commercial, retail, higher education and medical sciences sectors.

About the role of Quantity Surveyor:

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be working in a close commercial team, headed up by an experienced Commercial Director. You will be responsible for undertaking professional quantity surveying tasks such as building cost plans and take-offs from drawings or working direct for the client on a construction management basis.

Key Requirements as Quantity Surveyor:

• Hold a relevant construction related degree / HNC
• Have 2 / 3 years experience in the construction industry
• Be ambitious and driven
• Be happy to commute to Winchester / site when required
• Hold the full right to work in the UK

• Salary: Up to 55k
