About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Project Manager to join our clients team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage a wide range of maintenance and refurbishment projects, including kitchen and bathroom installations, general property improvements, and day-to-day repair work.

The successful candidate will be practical, organised, and confident using a computer, as the role also involves preparing quotes, sending invoices, scheduling jobs, and keeping projects on track.

This is also a temp to perm role, meaning you will be freelance for around 12 weeks before being offered a perm role. Rate is also negotiable if looking for more than 350 per day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out property maintenance and refurbishment work
  • Manage kitchen and bathroom installations from start to finish
  • Coordinate and schedule jobs efficiently
  • Prepare quotations for customers
  • Send invoices and manage job paperwork
  • Order materials and liaise with suppliers when needed
  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard and on time
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers throughout projects

Requirements

  • Experience in property maintenance, refurbishments, or a similar trade-based role
  • Strong practical skills across general maintenance tasks
  • Experience with kitchen and bathroom fitting is preferred
  • Good computer skills, including quoting, invoicing, and scheduling
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
