Site Manager required to support a private house builder on the successful delivery of up to 50 new build homes in Blairgowrie. You will oversee daily site operations and ensure programs are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will assist in co-ordinating labour, plant and materials while maintaining strong communication with subcontractors, suppliers and the wider project team. With the support of the Contracts Manager and on site team, you'll help get the homes handed over on time & safely. You'll have new build homes experience and be available to interview with the director before 8th June. This is a 9 month minimum contract paid weekly.
