Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-Time)

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team working for a new build housing developer based in Warrington (WA3). This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing business, ensuring newly completed homes meet the highest standards before and after handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general maintenance and repairs across new build properties
• Complete snagging works prior to customer handover
• Attend customer homes to resolve post-completion defects
• Work across a range of trades, including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch plastering
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Liaise professionally with site teams, contractors, and homeowners

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a maintenance or multi-trade role (ideally within new build housing)
• Good all-round trade skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
