Key requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or City & Guilds Equivalent)
- Valid JIB
- Proven Experience in Maintenance Plumbing
- Valid DBS or be able to pass one
- Competent with commercial pipework
- Own tools and Transport
- Ability to work independently to a high standard
Job Spec:
- General Plumbing maintenance works
- Minor pipework adjustments and repairs
- ensuring work areas are left clean and compliant
- Maintaining high H&S and workmanship standards
