Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead a 60m refurbishment scheme for a large school in Norfolk. This is a flagship project involving complex phasing, stakeholder management, and high-spec refurbishment works within a live environment.

The Role:

  • Full responsibility for the successful delivery of a major refurbishment scheme from pre-construction through to handover

  • Strong background in refurbishment and/or education sector projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex, phased works in live environments
  • Relevant construction qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)

What's on Offer:

  • Opportunity to lead a high-profile 60m scheme
