Project Manager, Fit Out - Dudley

We are working with a leading, regional contractor who specialise in the hospitality & leisure markets. They ve asked us to source a Project Manager to lead a conversion project on a hotel in Dudley. This will be a fairly autonomous role so needs a confident leader who can make decisions.

Project Manager Requirements/Reasons to apply:

• We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a particular focus on fit-outs within the hospitality & leisure markets.
• You ll need to hold a relevant CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid to be considered.
• This contract will run from the end of May for circa 6 months. This is a stand-alone position reporting into the directorship team. You ll need to be a confident, experienced leader.
• Attractive rates around the £350.00 a day mark will be on offer.
