Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking to join a growing construction business where you can genuinely make an impact?

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established small to medium-sized contractor with an excellent reputation across:

• Home Extensions
• Home Renovations
• New Builds
• Commercial Construction

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to support the business, oversee multiple projects, and help drive the next stage of expansion. The Role

You will be responsible for managing projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will work closely with directors, site teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Managing site teams and subcontractors
• Monitoring programme, quality, and budgets
• Ensuring health & safety compliance
• Client liaison and maintaining strong relationships
• Problem solving and driving projects forward
• Supporting the business with continued growth plans

About You

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager / Senior Project Manager
• Background within residential and/or commercial construction
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage costs
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Full UK driving licence
