The role will involve working closely with a tower crane operator to safely direct and control lifting operations on site. You will be responsible for ensuring all loads are correctly slung, communicating clearly using standard signalling methods, and maintaining a safe working environment at all times. The Role As Construction Quality Manager, you will lead all quality assurance, compliance, and documentation control across the project lifecycle, ensuring full alignment with Building Safety Regulator requirements. You will play a critical role in ensuring all works are fully traceable, compliant, and digitally recorded, with a strong focus on Gateway 3 and Golden Thread requirements ahead of handover.
