Estimator - Fit-Out & Refurb (Hybrid Working)

A well-established fit-out and refurbishment contractor is looking to appoint an Estimator to support its continued growth.

Operating nationally, the business delivers projects across commercial, public sector and regulated environments. The company has built a solid reputation in the market, with a high level of repeat business driven by quality delivery and long-term client relationships. Projects typically range from 50k to 5m across sectors including commercial workplaces, healthcare, education, secure environments and social housing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparing detailed cost plans and accurate tender submissions for fit-out & refurbishment projects
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and scopes to fully understand project requirements
• Carrying out take-offs and quantifying materials, labour and subcontract packages
• Sourcing and engaging with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations
• Preparing tender adjudication documents and supporting internal review processes
• Liaising with clients, consultants and internal teams throughout the tender process
• Supporting handover of secured projects to delivery and commercial teams
• Maintaining and updating cost databases and pricing benchmarks
