Bathroom Fitter Eastleigh

Location: Eastleigh
Rate: £24 - 25 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm
Contract: Temp to Perm

Build Recruitment is working on behalf of a well?established social housing provider to recruit an experienced Bathroom Fitter to work on occupied properties across the Eastleigh area.

You will be responsible for completing full bathroom rip?outs, installations, and refurbishment works within social housing properties. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work professionally in tenants homes while delivering a high?quality service.

• Full bathroom rip?outs and installations
• Installation of baths, showers, basins, toilets, taps and associated fittings
• Wall and floor tiling
• Basic plumbing works associated with bathroom installations
• Fitting shower trays, screens and bathroom accessories
• Making good, including patch plastering and decorating
• Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements
• Providing a professional, customer?focused service in occupied homes

• £24 £25 per hour (depending on experience)
• Steady, ongoing work
• Monday to Friday working hours (8am 5pm)
• Work on a stable social housing contract
• Support from an established maintenance team
• Temp to perm opportunity

• Proven experience as a Bathroom Fitter
• Experience working in social housing or occupied domestic properties
• Strong multi?trade skills, including tiling and basic plumbing
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and professionally in tenants homes
