Architectural Technician

Konker is working with a residential design practice that is seeking an Architectural Technician to join their growing team, supporting the delivery of high-quality residential working drawing packages for leading national and regional housebuilders.

They work with some of the UK s major developers and pride themselves on delivering accurate, responsive and thoroughly considered design packages.

The Role: Architectural Technician

You will be responsible for producing detailed construction and working drawing packages for residential developments, including:

• Standard and bespoke housing types
• Apartment / flat schemes
• Technical detailing and construction packages
• Working closely with volume housebuilder clients

About You: Architectural Technician

• Minimum 5 years experience in residential working drawings / technical delivery
• Strong experience working with volume housebuilders
• Knowledge of both standard and bespoke house / flat design
• Excellent technical detailing and construction drawing ability
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Revit experience beneficial but not essential

What s on offer:

• Salary: £28,000 £38,000 depending on experience
• Performance Bonus: Annual Christmas bonus
• Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays plus Christmas shutdown (normally 3 additional days)
• Hybrid Working: After successful completion of 4-month probation (2 days WFH)
