Assistant Quantity Surveyor

I have been asked to find a QS with 2-3 year's experience to work on Cut and carve (structural alteration) projects in central London.

This opportunity is somewhere between assistant and intermediate level and the contractor is of a size that will allow you to progress your career quickly should you demonstrate the aptitude for the role.

The successful applicant will spend 4-5 days on site and one day per week in the office.

You will work closely with the Commercial Director and this will give you a direct insight into and knowledge of the company and industry.

Ideally, you will have a Quantity Surveying degree, a background in subcontracting- this could be cut and carve, RC structures or groundworks and the desire to join a busy and successful specialist.

The base salary will be between 40-45 k and all travel expenses will be paid.
