A well-established construction consultancy in London is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who is either newly Chartered or approaching Chartership to take the next step within a professional construction environment. The successful Project Manager will work on high-quality commercial office and hotel projects across the capital.
This Project Manager role offers exposure to a strong pipeline of central London schemes. The Project Manager will manage projects across the full construction lifecycle, making this an ideal role for a Project Manager looking to further develop their commercial and technical expertise.
The Project Manager will deliver projects from feasibility through to completion, managing stakeholders and ensuring delivery against programme, cost, and quality targets.
Responsibilities include coordinating design teams, leading meetings, managing procurement, administering JCT contracts, and overseeing construction activities on site.
The ideal Project Manager will hold a degree in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related discipline. The Project Manager will be Chartered (MRICS, MAPM) or working towards Chartership.
Experience delivering commercial office and/or hotel projects is essential. The Project Manager will be commercially aware and confident managing stakeholders.
