Job Description

Job Title: Wet Multi?Trader (Wet Trades)

Location: Notting Hill, West London covering down to South Norwood
Contract: Temp to Permanent
Rate: £21.40 per hour (CIS)
Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided

We are currently working with a Housing Association who are looking to recruit an experienced Wet Multi?Trader to work across West and South London, covering Notting Hill through to South Norwood.

Requirements
  • NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 in Wet Trades, Tiling, Plastering, or Painting & Decorating (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience working in social housing or domestic properties
  • Strong background in wet trade works, including bathroom and kitchen finishes
  • Full UK driving licence
Day?to?Day Duties for a Wet Multi?Trader
  • Carrying out day?to?day wet trade maintenance works in occupied domestic properties
  • Wall and floor tiling
  • Bathroom and kitchen finishing works
  • Plastering, patch repairs, and making good
  • Providing excellent customer service, including meeting and greeting tenants
  • Using a PDA to record works and updates
