Bid Coordinator
Location: Belvedere, Kent
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Company
Our client is a well-established, privately owned SME with a strong reputation in their sector. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Belvedere.

The Role
As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring the timely submission of high-quality proposals. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather information, coordinate responses, and present compelling bids that align with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the preparation and submission of PQQs, ITTs, and tender documents

  • Collate information from various departments to produce accurate and persuasive bid content

  • Maintain and update a central bid library and supporting documentation

  • Track bid deadlines and ensure all submissions are completed on time

  • Review bid documents for consistency, clarity, and compliance

  • Support continuous improvement of bid processes and materials

About You

  • Previous experience in a bid coordination or similar administrative role

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
