Job Title: NPORS Banksman / Traffic Marshal
Location: Site-based in St Helens
Start Date: 15/04/2026
Pay Rate: 16.00 - 17.00 per hour

The Role:
Fawkes and Reece agency are currently seeking an experienced NPORS Banksman / Traffic Marshal on behalf of a busy and well-established contractor. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced site with an immediate start and the potential for ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely directing vehicle and plant movements on site

• Acting as a banksman to guide operators and drivers

• Maintaining safe traffic flow and pedestrian segregation

• Communicating effectively with site teams and plant operators

• Ensuring all site health and safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:

• Valid NPORS Traffic Marshal / Banksman card with CSCS logo (essential)

• Previous on-site experience in a similar role

• Strong understanding of site safety and procedures

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable and punctual

Additional Information:

• Candidates must supply their own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

• Immediate start available from 15/04/2026

• Potential for the role to be extended for the right candidate
