We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Construction Administrator to support a busy project This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and experience within the Housing Development Sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the project and site teams
- Managing and maintaining project documentation, drawings, and registers
- Coordinating inductions, site access, and compliance paperwork
- Assisting with meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Supporting commercial and delivery teams with general admin duties
- Ensuring records are accurate and updated in line with project requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in a construction or Development Sector (essential)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using document management systems (advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
