Quantity Surveyor

CRS are assisting our client who in sourcing a full time Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role covering both tendering and live project delivery on a range of complex demolition projects.

(The role is open to varied levels of experience.)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tenders
• Manage projects from contract award to final account
• Price variations and demolition-related works
• Support site teams with commercial and contractual matters
• Liaise with internal teams and clients

Quantity Surveyor requirements:

• Background in construction or demolition
• Qualified to Degree / HND /HNC level.
• Experience working for a contractor or subcontractor
• Good commercial and contractual knowledge
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
