CRS are working with a well-established specialist contractor to recruit an experienced Estimator for their Falkirk-based commercial team. This role suits an Estimator with a construction or specialist contracting background who is confident pricing works, preparing tenders, and working in a fast-paced environment. Estimator responsibilities: Preparing accurate cost estimates for construction and enabling works Reviewing drawings, specs, and tender information Completing quantity take-offs and pricing schedules Sourcing and comparing subcontractor and supplier quotes Producing cost breakdowns to support tenders Supporting bids from enquiry to award Estimator requirements: Experience as an Estimator within construction or specialist contracting Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing Proven tendering and estimating experience Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines Good communication and IT skills Package: Competitive salary (DOE) Company car or car allowance Permanent, stable role Supportive team and long-term opportunity Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Company car or allowance

CRS are assisting our client who in sourcing a full time Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role covering both tendering and live project delivery on a range of complex demolition projects. (The role is open to varied levels of experience.) Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit tenders Manage projects from contract award to final account Price variations and demolition-related works Support site teams with commercial and contractual matters Liaise with internal teams and clients Quantity Surveyor requirements: Background in construction or demolition Qualified to Degree / HND /HNC level.
