Carpenter/Plumber

My Client, a well respected provider of Social Housing, Student Accommodation and Care Homes have an urgent need for a Multi Trades Operative with a Main Trade of either a Carpenter or Plumber to NVQ Level 2/3 plus additional skills in other areas.

The work will involve both planned and reactive work on voids and tennanted properties.

There is work up to June with a strong possibility of it being extended further into the year.

40 Hours per week. 16.50 PAYE 20.00 CIS
