Semi Skilled Fitter / Rigger / Erector, or Skilled Labourer required with Scissor Lift / Cherry Picker / MEWP / PAL / IPAF licence to drive category 3a and 3b vehicles on clients site. You should be willing and able to carry out skilled labouring / semi-skilled mechanical fitting using hand tools to assemble components on the ground and at heights. (This is not just a plant driving role) Duration Ongoing temporary / contract work throughout the year which will ultimately lead to permanent employment at a later date. Regularly working away from home Monday to Friday within a team starting out from the client's central base near Uttoxeter each Monday morning and returning on Friday afternoon. Hotel Accommodation and breakfast is provided and paid for by employer. Role Reporting to the Site Manager / Installation Team Leader and working as part of the site team, you will be responsible for assisting with the erecting of structural steel work / steel framework including: drilling, fixing and working at heights. Applicant Qualifications must include CSCS card and IPAF 3a & 3b You should be experienced in assembly of steel framework, rigging, erecting, steel fixing and competent at reading general arrangement drawings. Rates Rate = £19.00 per hr CIS / UTR / Umbrella /Ltd. based on an 8 hour day or Rate = £15.91 - £17.83 PAYE based on an 8 hour day

My Client, a well respected UK provider of Social Housing, Care Homes and Student accommodation require a Multi Skilled Trades Person, with level 2/3 NVQ in at least 1 trade and experience in others to work on void properties carrying out various repairs to meet target timescales, uniform provide, you will need your own tools, full UK driving licence and own transport. Carry out repair and refurbishment work on void properties to bring homes back to a lettable standard within agreed timescales Installation and adjustment of internal doors. Fitting kitchen worktops, units, and cupboards Repairs to existing joinery where required Ability to undertake other trade jobs to a satisfactory standard Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards Maintain a tidy working environment and dispose of waste materials responsibly Identify any additional repairs needed and report them appropriately .40 hours per week £16.00 PAYE £20.00 CIS.

My Client, a well respected provider of Social Housing, Student Accommodation and Care Homes have an urgent need for a Multi Trades Operative with a Main Trade of either a Carpenter or Plumber to NVQ Level 2/3 plus additional skills in other areas. The work will involve both planned and reactive work on voids and tennanted properties. There is work up to June with a strong possibility of it being extended further into the year. 40 Hours per week. 16.50 PAYE 20.00 CIS

My client has a vacancy for a suitably qualified Electrician covering the Cambridge area. Undertaking EICRs, remedial works at time of test and any follow on works (consumer unit changes)on either tenated or void properties. Electricians should have 18th edition & 2391. A DBS will be required for this job as it will involve working in tenanted Social Housing. A full UK Driving License is required. £21.00 per hour PAYE. £27.00 PER HOUR CIS/Umbrella
