Experience managing highway, infrastructure, utility, heavy civil or large-scale construction works. Strong understanding of NEC contracts and collaborative project delivery environments. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex site logistics. Strong planning, programming and organisational abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
