IMPORTANT:

This role will involve driving and operating a cherry picker. Applicants must meet the minimum driving requirements. IPAF training can be provided if required.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our Building Fabric Maintenance team as a Skilled Labourer. You will assist our skilled engineers on a variety of projects, working alongside carpenters, plumbers, and multi-trade engineers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow and develop their skills, with the ambition to progress into a multi-trade role.

DESIRABLE SKILLS TO INCLUDE:

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Full UK licence
• ABle to drive a cherry picker
• An ambition to learn new skills
• An NVQ in a trade
