Contract Real Estate Site Manager Skilled Trades & Labour Labourer

Job Description

Job Title: Handyman / Skilled Labourer
Location: Edgbaston, Birmingham
Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour (CIS available)
Duration:
  • Immediate start
  • Initial duration: 1-2 weeks
  • Potential for extension / ongoing work
Key Responsibilities:
  • General handyman duties on site
  • Assisting with office fit-out works
  • Basic carpentry and finishing tasks
  • Installing fixtures and fittings
  • Supporting trades and site team as required
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Valid CSCS Card (essential)
  • Own hand tools
  • Previous experience in a similar role (fit-out preferred)
  • Good work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reporting To:
  • Site Manager / Supervisor
