Solar Installer - Drivers licence & Experience in a Roofer or a Solar Installer role is essential

£15 - £20 per hour / up to £41,600 salary
Full-time Permanent 40 hours per week
A well established and continuously growing renewable energy business in Cumbria is looking to expand its installation team with the addition of a Solar Installer.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company operating across both domestic and commercial projects, with a strong pipeline of work in the region.
The Solar Installer Role
Working an 8 till 5PM shift, you will start from the office and head to site with a Solar Electrician, travelling to sites in a company van.

Key Responsibilities
- Installing solar panel systems to roofs along with their mounting structures
- Supporting electrical wiring and connecting system components (full training will be provided)
- Carrying out work safely at height and in various outdoor conditions
- Making sure all installations comply with relevant safety regulations and industry standards
- Working closely and cooperatively with your installation teammate
