About the role of Commercial Manager

As Commercial Manager, you will be overseeing multiple schemes in Cardiff and Bristol with project values between 30m - 100m. The company are a well-established UK construction and housing partner that predominately focus on residential developments and regeneration projects. They have a very strong financial and industry position with lots of financial backing, resources, and organisational strength. This is a full-time office-based role.

Key Responsibilities of Commercial Manager:

Include but not limited to;

• Attend regular team meetings
• Provide advice to the team on resolving contractual disputes and legal matters in a timely manner
• Ensure high standards of cash flow forecasting
• Review project cash flows with team and present to Commercial Director
• Maintain positive and successful client relationships
• Provide assistance and support on all commercial issue

Key Requirements of Commercial Manager:

• Live within commutable distance to Cardiff
• Residential/contracting background
• Experience with JCT contracts
• Experience leading a team
