Job Description

Document Controller - Construction

We are looking for a Document Controller to join our team in the West Midlands.

Role overview:
You will be responsible for managing project documents, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and distributed correctly across the team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organise project documents and drawings
  • Upload and track information using document management systems
  • Ensure all documents are correctly named, filed, and controlled
  • Distribute drawings and updates to site and project teams
  • Support project managers with admin and reporting tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Document Controller (construction preferred)
  • Familiar with systems such as Viewpoint, Aconex, or similar
  • Good attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
