Document Controller - Construction
We are looking for a Document Controller to join our team in the West Midlands.
Role overview:
You will be responsible for managing project documents, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and distributed correctly across the team.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and organise project documents and drawings
- Upload and track information using document management systems
- Ensure all documents are correctly named, filed, and controlled
- Distribute drawings and updates to site and project teams
- Support project managers with admin and reporting tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Document Controller (construction preferred)
- Familiar with systems such as Viewpoint, Aconex, or similar
- Good attention to detail and organisation skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
