Bid Manager now required to join this growing 40m business in the Midlands.

As their new Bid Manager, you will be working for a market-leading specialist in low-carbon offsite construction, to lead their end-to-end tender process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the bid lifecycle, ensuring all proposals are commercially robust, accurately costed, and offer clear value-engineering options.
• Develop detailed project programmes within bids, demonstrating the significant speed-of-build advantages of their offsite systems.
• Manage the end-to-end client experience during the tender phase, acting as a proactive partner to Tier 1 contractors and architects.

About You

• Strong track record in bid management within the construction sector and for the healthcare/education build space.
• Strong grasp of project commercials and the ability to articulate complex timelines and schedules.
• A natural communicator who understands that a successful bid is built on trust and a seamless pre-construction experience.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple high-pressure deadlines while maintaining absolute accuracy.

Salary 65k plus car or allowance, company bonus, private pension, healthcare, 25 days holiday plus BH, Flexible Hybrid working but within reach of the Midlands
