Dozer Driver
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Pay Rate: TBC, Dependant on experience
Job Type: On going, Full-time hours
Start Date: Monday 13th April
About the Role:
ARC Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Dozer Driver, with a valid CPCS/NPORS to join our client s team on a busy residential site in Watford. This is a great opportunity for someone reliable and hardworking who s looking for consistent work with a respected agency.
Key Duties:
- Operating a dozer safely and efficiently across site
- Carrying out bulk earthworks, grading and levelling ground to specification
- Assisting with site preparation, clearance and moving materials
- Working closely with site management and groundworks teams to meet programme deadlines
- Conducting daily machine checks and reporting any faults or maintenance requirements
- Following all health & safety procedures and site regulations
- Supporting other plant operations when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating a bulldozer on construction or civils projects
- Relevant CPCS or NPORS Dozer ticket (essential)
- Valid CSCS card
- Own PPE (hard hat, boots, hi-vis)
- Good understanding of levels, grading and site preparation
- Strong work ethic, reliability and ability to work as part of a team
