Mechanical Supervisor

We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a new build project based in Clacton-on-sea.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to secure a long-term freelance role on a well-structured project with a strong pipeline of work.

The Mechanical Supervisor will take responsibility for overseeing mechanical packages on site, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all mechanical works as a Mechanical Supervisor
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate site teams
• Supervise sprinkler system installations
• Oversee AC and ventilation systems
• Manage hot and cold water systems
• Ensure all works meet health & safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor
• Strong background managing mechanical packages
• Ability to manage multiple trades on site
• Good knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Reliable and professional approach
