Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Barhill, Cambridge
Start Date: 13th April
Duration: 15-16 weeks
Rate: £300 per day (depending on experience)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a experienced Site manager to be apart of a CAT A/CAT B office fit out project in Cambridge

This project is a Laboratories and offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the project runs safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors

Manage and supervise installation of modular units

Ensure M&E works are delivered correctly and efficiently

Maintain health & safety standards on site

Liaise with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders

Ensure works are completed in line with project timelines

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects

Experience with modular or off-site construction is advantageous

Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred

Strong organisational and communication skills
