  • Weekly pay of £645.75

  • Bonus scheme paying £1,500 per year (paid in June and December)

About the Role (HGV Class 2 Driver)

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting a range of plant machinery including diggers, dumpers, and rollers to customer sites across Northamptonshire and surrounding areas.

A typical day for an HGV Class 2 Driver will include:

  • Safe delivery and collection of plant equipment

  • Loading, unloading, and securing machinery using correct strapping methods

  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks

  • Providing excellent customer service on-site

  • Working closely with the depot team to ensure efficient operations

This HGV Class 2 Driver role offers stable, local work with no nights out.

About You (HGV Class 2 Driver)

To be successful in this HGV Class 2 Driver role, you should:

  • Hold a valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence

  • Have a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card

  • Be willing to learn full training on plant equipment provided

  • Have a positive, can-do attitude

  • Be reliable and safety-conscious

  • Have good customer-facing skills

Previous experience transporting plant machinery is beneficial but not essential.
