Document Controller / Office Manager to start ASAP

Location: SO45 3YY
Pay: £17.50 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 30 hours per week minimum

The Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Document Controller / Office Manager to manage project documentation and support day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document control and record management

  • General office administration

  • Supporting project and site teams

  • Maintaining accurate filing and document systems

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in document control or office management preferred

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Office

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
