Roofer's Required
Location: West Midlands (and surrounding areas)
Salary: Up to 40,000 per annum

An established and growing property services company is currently looking to recruit an experienced Roofer to join its expanding team. The business provides repairs, maintenance, and construction services across both residential and commercial properties and has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

The Role
This is a hands-on role for a skilled Roofer who is confident installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of roofing systems. The successful candidate will work across residential and commercial sites, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace a wide range of roofing systems
• Inspect roofs for damage, leaks, or structural issues and provide accurate assessments
• Fit insulation, underlay, battens, and other roofing components
• Ensure all work complies with UK building regulations and health & safety standards
• Work safely at height using ladders, scaffolding, and harnesses
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment on-site
• Complete job sheets, reports, and any required documentation

Requirements

• NVQ in Roofing (or equivalent experience)
• Valid CSCS Card
• Manual Handling certification
• Asbestos Awareness certificate
• Working at Height certification
• Strong knowledge of site safety and safe working practices
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Good communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with customers
