Private Sector Housing Officer
Location: Kent
Rate: 50 per hour
Contract: 3 Months
2 day per week in the office
We're working with a Local Authority in Kent who're looking to bring in an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer to support their busy and proactive team.
This Private Sector Housing Officer role offers a varied and exciting opportunity within Kent, where you'll be trusted to manage your own caseload and make a real impact across the Private Rented Sector.
The Role:
- HHSRS inspections
- HMO Licensing
- Civil Penalties
- Complaint investigations
- Drafting notices & enforcement action
- Landlord & tenant liaison
About You:
- Strong Private Sector Housing experience
- HHSRS, HMO & enforcement knowledge
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Experience with Civil Penalties
- Local Authority experience
