You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining excellent relationships on site, being an integral part of the successful delivery Responsibilities to include ; Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works on site Manage subcontractors and direct labour to ensure efficient delivery Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with specifications Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades on site Assist in resolving any technical or operational challenges The successful individual ; Proven experience in a Mechanical Supervisor role within the M&E or construction sector Strong background working on new build projects Experience across sectors such as education, healthcare, or MOD is advantageous Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site procedures Relevant mechanical qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) The opportunity will offer Permanent position offering long term career stability Opportunity to work on high-value, technically challenging projects Clear progression pathways within a growing Tier One contractor Competitive salary and benefits package Supportive and forward-thinking working environment
