Location: Central London
Salary: £45,000 £60,000 + Package

An established M&E contractor based in Central London is seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Estimator to join their growing pre-construction team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step up, gain exposure to complex and high-value projects, and develop their technical and commercial skills within a supportive environment.
You will work closely with senior estimators and experienced professionals, contributing to tenders while continuing to build your knowledge across mechanical building services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Mechanical Estimating team on a range of tenders
- Assist in reviewing employer s requirements and project specifications
- Interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation
- Carry out take-offs and measurements from mechanical drawings
- Input data into estimating software
- Issue enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors
- Assist in analysing and comparing quotations
- Contribute to the preparation of competitive tender submissions
- Experience as a Mechanical Estimator or Assistant/Junior Estimator within M&E / Building Services
- Understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, pipework, public health, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Experience with estimating software is beneficial
- £45,000 £60,000 basic salary (DOE)
- Hybrid working (2 3 days office/site)
