What You'll Be Doing

As the Service Manager, you will lead daily operations at a high-support housing service, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for the young residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Service Delivery - overseeing the operations, ensuring compliance with service specifications
  • Fostering Psychologically Informed Environments and Trauma Informed Practices
  • Leadership & People Management - recruit, induct, and support staff
  • Partnerships & Community Engagement - develop relationships with internal and external agencies/ departments
