Property Manager

Our client is a well-established estate agency based in Edgware, HA8 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join their successful team!

To be considered for this role you should have a minimum of 1 years' experience within residential property management, along with superb work ethic and customer service skills. If you are highly organised, have good attention to detail, and are willing to go that extra mile to fulfil the function of the role, please get in touch!

Personal specification:

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in property management
• ARLA/NFoPP would be advantageous
• Impeccable written and spoken English
• A legal understanding of the property market
• Demonstrable customer service experience
• Ability to prioritise work effectively
• Be able to think on your feet and be reactive to situations as they arise in a calm and professional manner
• Be able to work alone and on own initiative, as well as within a team.

The salary on offer for this role will be up to £33,000 dependent on previous experience and qualifications. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm.
