- Competitive salary (£40,000 - £45,000 DOE)
- 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday, with 1 day WFH

What You'll Be Doing - Managing tenancy progression and property management across a boutique portfolio
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Overseeing compliance, refurbishments, and maintenance with discretion and efficiency
- Delivering a high-standard, client-focused service in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Bring - 2+ years' experience in tenancy and property management
- Articulate, detail-driven, and solutions-focused approach
- ARLA Level 3 qualification desirable
- Knowledge of Reapit advantageous
