Are you an experienced HVAC or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer from a Plumbing or HVAC background looking for a new mobile role across London?

This national Facilities Services provider is recruiting due to a new contract win, working across a portfolio of commercial buildings throughout London.

As a Maintenance HVAC Engineer, you will carry out both planned and reactive maintenance across commercial plumbing, heating, and HVAC systems, with a strong focus on plant room equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and repairs within plant rooms, including heating and ventilation systems
• Servicing plumbing and heating systems within buildings (radiators, TRVs, sinks, showers)
• Planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC plant
• Fault finding and basic repairs to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Water temperature checks and legionella testing
• Working on pumps, motors, AHUs, and FCUs
• General plumbing tasks such as TMVs, flushing, and like-for-like replacements

Skills & experience:

• A qualification in Mechanical (HVAC, Gas, Plumbing) or Electrical (Level 2+)
• Previous experience working in commercial buildings and plant room environments
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical maintenance systems
