Social Value Officer

The Role:
We re looking for a passionate Social Values Officer to embed positive social impact into our construction work. You ll lead community engagement initiatives and help ensure our projects deliver meaningful benefits to local people and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver social value plans linked to project goals
• Engage with local stakeholders, schools, and supply chain partners
• Track and report on social outcomes and performance metrics
• Support apprenticeships, work experience placements and community events
• Ensure social value commitments are integrated into delivery programmes

You Bring:
• Experience in social value, sustainability or community engagement roles
• Excellent communication and networking abilities
• Strong project coordination and reporting skills
• Knowledge of social impact measurement desirable but not essential
