Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Repairs, Maintenance & Operations Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract, with the opportunity to become permanent.

This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day repairs, maintenance activities, and operational performance to ensure services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate repairs and maintenance services

  • Oversee operational performance and service delivery

  • Work with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of works

  • Monitor quality, compliance, and health & safety standards

  • Support continuous improvement of maintenance and operational processes

Requirements:

  • Experience managing repairs, maintenance, or operational services

  • Strong organisational and leadership skills

  • Ability to manage contractors and multiple workstreams

  • Knowledge of compliance and health & safety requirements
