We are currently looking for a Project Manager - Waste and Recycling. You will be working in Thundersley (SS7). This role is Hybrid working

Day rate - 500 per day umbrella

Job Purpose

We are seeking a Project Manager to support its Waste and Recycling service transformation

Main Duties

• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, while also adhering to environmental regulations and promoting sustainable practices. This includes managing programme and project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as collaborating with stakeholders, meeting governance requirements and ensuring project compliance.
• Planning and Scheduling - Developing project plans, timelines, and milestones, including identifying dependencies and potential risks and reporting these to senior management and through internal governance.
• Implementing a Dedicated Waste Information Technology system to streamline processes, improve communication, and enhance data capture, ultimately driving efficiency across the waste management lifecycle. Manage the service and data transition and recording container allocation, quantities and assisted collections per property. Also to identify hotspots for waste contamination through engagement with co-workers.
• Budget Management - Managing project budgets, including allocating resources and ensuring spending stays within budget through regular reporting.
