We are seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer to serve as a vital link between residents and project teams during ongoing developments. The successful candidate will facilitate clear communication, address concerns, and ensure community engagement throughout the project duration.
Pay: From 32,000 per annum + 3k car allowance
Start Date: April 13th
Location: Warrington
Responsibilities:
- Act as the key liaison between residents, clients, and on-site teams
- Manage consultations and lead all pre-commencement communications
- Anticipate resident needs and provide support to minimise disruption throughout works
- Coordinate trade schedules to maintain smooth, efficient workflows
- Provide ongoing aftercare, addressing issues promptly and ensuring a positive resident experience
Experience
- Prior experience as a RLO/TLO
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience throughout the refurbishment works
- Deliver pre-start engagement with residents through letters, calls and home visits to prepare them for upcoming works
- Organise and attend resident consultations, open days and community engagement activities
- Coordinate appointments between residents and site teams to ensure works are carried out efficiently while minimising disruption
- Identify and support vulnerable residents, ensuring any additional needs are managed sensitively and appropriately
- Respond to resident queries or concerns, working with the site team to resolve issues quickly and maintain strong relationships
