A busy London Design & Build contractor is seeking an experienced Project Planner to support its growing portfolio of work across Central London. The company is involved in a wide range of construction and refurbishment projects, working closely with internal delivery teams and external consultants.

The Role
You will support both pre-construction and live project delivery, ensuring programmes are realistic and effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing project programmes and planning documentation
• Supporting pre-construction teams during bid stages
• Monitoring project progress against programme
• Working closely with project managers and site teams
• Identifying programme risks and mitigation strategies

Candidate Requirements

• Around 5-6 years planning experience within construction
• Experience working for a Design & Build contractor
• Strong knowledge of planning software
• Good understanding of construction methodology
